Global Custom Reporting: Industry-Wide Gaming Insights

Published On: April 19, 2022By Categories: Feature UpdatesTags:

Spiketrap users can now discover audience insights and trends across the gaming and entertainment ecosystem with the new Global Custom Reporting tool – part of our continuously innovated Custom Reporting Portal.

Custom Reporting at Spiketrap takes a unique user-created query and delivers a visual analytics dashboard showcasing metrics including: audience sentiment, brand safety, engagement, and more.

Prior to this update, reports were limited to data from one specific Spiketrap entity (such as a game, franchise, brand, etc.), stream, or stream cohort.

With the new Global option, the resulting reporting dashboard is compiled using the entirety of Spiketrap’s unparalleled knowledge graph in gaming, entertainment and blockchain entities – allowing users to compile industry-wide insights on a specific topic, concept, game, entity, and more.

Custom queries search across sources including but not limited to: Twitter, TikTok, Video, Reddit, news & industry publications, forums, and review sites.

  • Discover how cultural phenomena (such as “twos day”) impact conversations and trends in gaming audiences.
